Daikin Service Support Programme reaches major milestone
September 23, 2019
Daikin’s Stand By Me (SBM) service programme reached new heights this month, with registered installations now totalling 100,000.
Stand by me, a service launched in 2016, has the aim of providing peace of mind comfort to the end user when it comes to after sales services.
Daikin’s connectivity platform supports professional installers, end users and organisations such as social housing providers. The platform allows for an easy administration of multiple connected installations as well as cloud-based direct access to remote metering and monitoring.
As of September 2019, the SBM service covers 20 countries with 62,000 end users registered. The 100,000th installation was added through an Italian customer.
This landmark achievement underlines the significant impact this service has delivered to both B2C and B2B communities, providing optimum aftersales services support.
